A decade of turning ambiguity into delivery

The questions I keep coming back to:

01

How do you get people to overcome their fears about agentic AI and shift their ways of working?

02

How do you turn a one-off win into something repeatable that benefits larger teams?

03

What are the key ingredients that differentiate a deal and convert pipeline into hard revenue?

04

How do you build a shared institutional AI infrastructure that unlocks trapped value?

AI EnablementProgram DeliveryPeople LeadershipAI GovernanceLife Sciences

Led on-time and under-cost delivery of a 19-week program enabling 6,000 professionals with Claude at a leading global pharmaceutical company. As program lead, I ran a 12-person team responsible for a highly curated Claude training that converted access into real habit formation. The program was a hit:

  • 4.6 average CSAT on the training curriculum
  • 85% Claude activation and 35% heavy users
  • 1 workday a week in freed capacity, self-reported by learners

Once it wrapped, I packaged the approach into a repeatable blueprint. It's since been presented to 5+ tier-1 life sciences accounts and fed a multi-million-dollar deal pipeline.

AI Product StrategyDue DiligencePublic SectorGTM Strategy & Execution

Worked hand in hand with the Chief AI Officer to build a thriving federal Data & AI capability (900+ practitioners) with a strong GTM arm and differentiated offerings and solutions. Of my accomplishments, I'm most proud of these three:

  • Sourced and evaluated 11 AI startups for the Vanguard Forum, convened alongside 40 government leaders to accelerate fielding of emerging technologies for mission success.
  • Shaped 7 AI products from idea to pilot, partnering with engineering to ship 3 agentic and 4 AI prototypes for government and enterprise clients.
  • Managed and screened a $100M+ AI opportunity pipeline with Google Public Sector, prioritizing joint prototypes by technical fit and commercial viability.

AI Center of ExcellenceStrategic PartnershipsBusiness Development

Shaped the initial AI Center of Excellence offering (shared in our internal knowledge exchange, earning 7K+ views and 3K downloads), supporting 20+ client pursuits, then led delivery of a $2M program that put the methodology into practice for an American biotech. As part of delivery, I:

  • Stood up a central registry tracking hundreds of GenAI use cases
  • Activated an AI Champion network
  • Facilitated a 2-day executive bootcamp
  • Stood up the client's AI Hub
  • Prototyped the firm's first agentic HR solution

Executive CommunicationsM&A IntegrationOperating Model DesignConsumer Goods

Split my time between running special projects for Accenture's Global CEO and driving M&A integration and operating model strategy for enterprise clients.

  • Ran special projects for Accenture's Global CEO: Board and executive committee presentations, briefings ahead of the World Economic Forum, and a staff seat on the Business Roundtable's Responsible AI committee, which published its Policy Recommendations for Responsible AI in January 2022.
  • Led post-acquisition integration strategy for a multinational consumer goods conglomerate, identifying $100M in optimization opportunities across the client's supplier network and sales organization.
  • Built the business case and Finance operating model for a U.S. consumer goods company, identifying $6-12M in value from productivity savings, labor arbitrage, and revenue growth.

Financial Services Business Analyst

Accenture LLP

Process OptimizationRisk & ComplianceOrganizational DesignFinancial Services

Cut my teeth across 9 projects at 8 financial institutions — private equity, investment banking, insurance, and a financial exchange — each running roughly 6 to 18 months. The work always came back to three things: process optimization and cost reduction, governance and compliance and risk management, and organizational design.
